Join our kick off event for 2024 with a presentation and discussion on the upcoming changes to the British Columbia Building Code that will come into effect on March 8, 2024.
The presentation will highlight some of the most significiant changes in the Key Division B Part 3 BCBC 2024. Our presenter , Henning White P.L.Eng, CFPS from Ratio Code Consultants will highlight some of the most significant changes will impact Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical designs.
Prior to the start of the presentation, we will also be hosting a Mix and Mingle newtwork event a brief Annual General Meeting and Year Kickoff for the PSMA.

About our presenter.
Henning White, P.L. Eng, CFPS
Henning is registered as a Professional Licensee Engineering (P.L. Eng) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) and he is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) which is an internationally recognized designation offered by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Henning is a Principal at Ratio Code Consultants Ltd and has been applying innovative approaches and solutions in the application of Building and Fire Codes for over 20 years. He has led Code consulting services on a variety of residential and commercial mixed-use developments from daycare to post-secondary projects, industrial and institutional projects. Henning currently serves as Vice President on the executive committee of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers BC Chapter.
