Ribs and Chicken are judged by NEBS judges.
Categories include: Chicken, Ribs, and Pulled Pork.
Registration to compete is only $50 for judged categories and $25 for o people's choice.
Local backyard teams encouraged to compete.
Cash prizes for top 3 and grand champion.
