Have you ever wanted to make a cool cap by hand? One that you can give to your best friend, or your mum or anyone really – if you think they’re cool and they deserve a hand-crafted piece of headwear, that is.
Spend an afternoon learning a bit about sewing in a super relaxed environment with some other people who also want to make cool caps for people they think are cool too.
At the end of the day, you’ll have created something that will fit onto a human head and probably even stay there when it gets windy!
This workshop is facilitated by artist Bruno Booth and is inspired by 'Feline Good', his sculptural exhibition of cats hiding in plain sight at Joondalup Library for the duration of Joondalup Festival.
This project is made possible through the Regional Exhibition Touring Boost with funding managed by Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and from the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and delivered by ART ON THE MOVE.
