📌 Bazaar Participation Rules & Terms📅 Bazaar Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026
⏰ Event Time: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Please read these rules carefully. Payment or reservation means full and final agreement to all terms below, with no exceptions.
1️⃣ Table Types & Prices
🔹 8 ft Tables: Along the walls, for clothing vendors only. Price: $185
🔹 6 ft Tables: For small businesses (candles, incense, perfumes, and more), located in the center of the hall. Price: $160
2️⃣ Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3️⃣ Reservation & Table Assignment
You receive your table number at payment, based on payment order (first come, first served).
🛑 Last day for reservation & payment: February 28. After this date, no participation requests will be accepted.
4️⃣ Number of Vendors
Only 2 vendors per business type will be accepted to avoid affecting others’ sales.
5️⃣ No Table Sharing
It is strictly forbidden to share one table between two businesses. Each business must
