Going outdoors for a good sweat always makes us both feel amazing so getting everyone to join us will be a blast ❤️
The class combines ladder drills to build coordination, speed, and agility with weight lifting exercises that enhance overall strength and power. Each exercise can be scaled to match individual fitness levels, ensuring everyone can safely progress at their own pace. By blending agility and strength training, this workout helps build a balanced foundation, supporting functional movement, stability, and strength that benefit everyday activities and athletic performance alike.
- Get there 10 -15 mins EARLY to park.
- Bring a yoga mat.
- We will all meet in front of the Eleanor Tinsley Park, where the sand volleyball court is.
- The bootcamp will be an hour long, including a warm up before we start and cool down at the end.
- No need to feel like you won’t keep up. Listen to your body, take a break when needed, and go at your own pace
- We’ll provide sports drinks but make sure you come hydrated and bring water.
