Inspired by our lovely neighbours in Mount Florida, the residents of Battlefield would like to invite you to our Summer Stoop Sale! Being able to utilise our gorgeous grid like streets, lovely lanes and community spirit (!) to create a jumble sale trail around the area. Sometimes those in tenements can be forgotten about when it comes to community events that's why we want to make it as accessible as possible - for everyone to be able to use whatever outdoor space is available to them from tenement stoops, street wall, front gardens and our lanes.
WHEN:
Saturday 11th July 10am-2pm
WHERE:
Various addresses in the Battlefield area. A digital map will be available. Grab a coffee and sweet treat from one of our many incredible local businesses and go for a wander!
WOULD YOU LIKE TO PARTICIPATE?
If you have some jumble to sell from books to bric-a-brack, clothes, household items, homebaking and live in the Battlefield area, get in touch via the following Google Form - there we will collect addresses that will be available to those wanting to attend. Of course you don't HAVE to pop your address on the map to be involved, it just allows people to know you're taking part and have some second hand gems for sale!
