BATHHAUS- a transformative sound healing experience at our new weekly residency hosted by Powerhaus Yoga!

Join us SUNDAYS at 7pm for a one-hour community meditation designed to promote relaxation, nervous system regulation, personal development, and spiritual insight.

This immersive sound healing offering features crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, rainsticks, small gongs, chimes, and music, creating a rich soundscape to guide you into a meditative state.

Sound healing has been shown to reduce stress, balance emotions, enhance focus, and promote overall well-being. Whether you're seeking relaxation or a deeper connection to your inner self, this is the perfect space for you. This in-person experience is ideal for those looking to recharge and reconnect.

Space is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot.

Mats and pillows are provided, but you are encouraged to bring blankets, additional pillows, or anything else that makes feel the most COZY.
