About this Event
Join us on Monday 29 June for an evening exploring the secret world of bats with local ecologists Toni White and Jack Howell on a walk around Charlcombe Community Nature Reserve. Learn about local bats and use a bat detector to hear their calls and InfraRed night vision aids to spot the bats in flight. Feel free to bring along your own bat detectors if you have one. Discover fascinating facts about bats and learn how you can help bats. This free bat walk will start at 8pm and include walking around Great Park and will follow the field boundaries before heading into Mudcombe. No dogs on this walk please.
