Welcome to this month's BASK Sound Experience! As you may know, each month features a new VIP experience, a new mix of sound healers-- a totally new vibe, but always a safe and sacred space.
As you enter the ethereal space, prepare to be enchanted by the subtle glow of candles, the fragrant embrace of incense, and the mesmerizing sparkle of crystals, meticulously gridding the frequency for the journey. Each element is thoughtfully placed to enhance the immersive experience, creating a sacred sanctuary where tranquility and energy converge.
This month's experience highlights the pureness of the bowls along with the addition of crystal harp, rain stick, bells, chimes and more. This unique collaboration of ancient sound medicine promises an unparalleled auditory adventure. Each layer of sound calls you to go even deeper within, while being amongst community.
This is B A S K.
A gorgeous sound journey experience-- 25+ sound bowls, crystal harp, rain stick, chimes, drum and more. Each of the 4 guides have multiple years of experience in holding space in a ceremonial setting. This is a safe space to simply receive, release and just BE.
What To Bring:
Yoga Mat
Blanket
Eye Mask
2 Pillows (one for under your legs one for under your head)
Water Bottle
Journal *optional to make note of what came up for you in your journey as a part of integrating your journey
Please wear comfortale clothing in layers as you may experience body temperature change throughout the experience. The Sanctuary is kept warm on cool days and cool on warm days.
Please bring anything else that is condusive to you laying comfortably for 2 hours.

We start promptly at 4:15. *Please note, there is NO LATE ENTRY as to not disrupt anyone's journey. In case of late arrival, your ticket is transferrable to a future BASK experience.
The sound experience ends at 6:00 and you will have until 6:30 to enjoy a tea, process and mingle.
This month's VIP experience is an incredibly special offering by healers and guides, Alli Pancost, certified professional dula & hypno birthing educator/pm ceremony facilitator + Katie Del Rosa, certified yoga instructor & crystal alchemy sound healer/meditation & mindfulness guide. This sacred experience is a beautiful blend of crystal harp cerenade and hypnosis + yoga nidra meditation; the perfect opening ceremony to the sound journey as it will beautifully set your energy and call you to go deeper within.

BASK is a safe space, a judgement free space where ALL are welcome. This is a space to "come as you are".

**There is no parking lot at The Sanctuary, so we are encouraging ride share. Although street parking in the neighborhood is pleniful, we are encouraging you to allow for extra time to find parking because there is no entry past 4:15. Tickets are transferable to a future BASK experience, but non-refundable.
