About this Event

You're invited to join BASIS Scottsdale Primary West for Rising Kinder Night!

Incoming Kindergarten families will have the opportunity to meet future BASIS Scottsdale Primary West teachers, explore the classrooms, and enjoy fun activities with their future Dalmatian friends.

5:00 PM - 6:00 p.m.

Doors open at 4:50 p.m.

Parking & Event Information:

Please park in the designated parking lot and enter through the white side gate located north of the school, where you can check in at the table.
Upon check-in, your student will receive a name tag and a beaded necklace. The color of the necklace will indicate their assigned teacher and group for the evening’s activities. (Please note: This group assignment is only for this event and not your child’s assigned class group for the upcoming school year.)
Parents will proceed to the Multipurpose Room (MPR), where benches will be set up for a presentation. Please keep your student with you until we announce that the teachers are ready to gather their groups.
Once the announcement is made, students will head to their classrooms with their peers and teachers for activities, while parents will stay in the MPR for a Kindergarten Informational Session.
At the end of the event, teachers will return your students to you. This will also be a great time to connect with our administration team and ask any questions you may have.

Important Reminders:

Please do your best to arrive on time as this event will begin sharply at 5:00 PM.
Please refrain from bringing backpacks, personal bags, school supplies, stuffed animals, blankets, or toys. We want to ensure your student can comfortably participate in all activities without the worry of losing items.
