This highly interactive course is comprehensive, focusing on core tactical dispatch competencies and what to expect as events unfold rapidly. Course content includes a review of the Incident Command System, an introduction to SWAT terminology, and the roles and responsibilities of the various teams and team members.
During the final day, students will apply what they learned in this course and demonstrate the duties and responsibilities of a Tactical Dispatcher while completing a hands-on field application of their new skills.
