Basic (formerly Emergency level ) First Aid

This Basic First Aid & CPR course (formerly Emergency First Aid) provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to recognize and respond to common medical emergencies until professional help arrives. The course includes CPR, AED use, choking emergencies, bleeding control, shock management, and other essential first aid techniques.

Designed for workplace compliance and personal preparedness, this certification meets current Ontario standards and is suitable for workers, security professionals, property staff, event personnel, and members of the public who want to be prepared when emergencies happen.

No previous first aid experience is required. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive certification upon completion.
