Basic Cake Decorating Class

Ready to get creative with cakes? Come to our Basic Cake Decorating Class where you'll learn fun and easy techniques to make your cakes look amazing. Bring your enthusiasm and we'll provide the rest – tools, tips, and lots of tasty inspiration!

In this hands-on class, you'll learn the fundamentals of cake decorating, including piping borders, tinting icing, and handwriting. You'll learn how to frost and fill your own 8-inch cake. Chef Mike will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to create stunning cakes at home.

This class will focus on decorating and frosting only; we will supply Swiss meringue buttercream and one 8-inch cake (your choice of vanilla or chocolate). Each guest will take home their creation in a box. (Sorry we cannot accommodate vegan or gluten free requests).

Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine; nonalcoholic beverages provided.
