M-CHECK
Some very simple pre-ride checks to ensure your bike is safe to ride, identifying any minor adjustments required or repairs that need to be made. Our bike mechanic will walk you through the M-Check and you can follow along with your own bike.
TYRE AND TUBE REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT
A brief overview of common causes of punctures and how best to minimise them. A tutorial on how to remove a wheel tyre and innertube and how to put it all back together again. An opportunity to practice tyre/tube replacement on your own cycle.
CLEANING
A brief discussion on the importance and long-term benefits of cleaning your bike. A demonstration of bike chain wear checking and its importance mechanically and financially
ASK THE MECHANIC
A chance for you to ask any questions that have arisen during the course.
