About this Event

This part of our core improv curriculum focuses on teaching you one of the foundational skills of improvisation: how to make fun, creative choices and use them to play characters YOU want to play and do what YOU want to!
Forget complex rulesets - this class is all about doing things that bring you joy, and seeing what happens!
Using lessons and techniques inspired by comedy theaters in Chicago & New York City, the class starts with exercises and games to get you in a creative mindset, and goes all the way to giving you what you need to confidently create wild scenes in a supportive space.
A great course for those who are new to improv and wanting to shake things up, as well as improvisers who want to try a new style or are looking for a tune up.
