About this Event
One of our favourite classes, Creating Solo Characters! is a course that gets you designing unique characters for the stage, all while building your comedy skills through writing, performing, and receiving individually tailored feedback.
In this class you'll learn different strategies to develop characters, as well as how to cut through the noise and get the most comedy from them. It all culminates in a solo character showcase of students best work!
Great as an addition for sketch writers or people looking to get into sketch; stand-ups or improvisers looking to try a new skill; artists building a Fringe show; or writers looking to work on their character performance. This course has it and it's all for YOU - you write the character, you perform the character!
(Class size is limited, so book early)
Note: Students will be expected to write and prepare characters outside of class each week.
