About this Event
The Bartenders Ball takes place once a year for all hospitality to dedicated an evening to celebrate the incredible individuals within Berkshire's hospitality industry with awards whilst also raising funds for a fantastic cause.
Dress code:
"Y'all dress up!" - Black Tie event, Country Classy, Big hats, Polished Boots

As part of the night, we invite you to vote for the ‘Hospitality Employee of the Year’ Award 2026 (voting closes 23.08.2026). This is your chance to shine a light on someone who has gone above and beyond in their role. Anyone can vote, and you may vote for as many individuals as you like—however, you cannot vote for the same person more than once.

In addition, we will be hosting a charity raffle, with proceeds going to Burnt Chef, an organisation dedicated to supporting those in our industry "Burning stigma of mental health in Hospitality". If your business is able to donate a prize for the raffle, we would be incredibly grateful. Please contact me using the details above, and I will be happy to arrange collection.
