Elevate Your Fitness RoutineBarre3 has your weekend workouts covered on select Saturday mornings. Wear clothes you can move in and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle for these transformative workouts that mix strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Light handheld weights will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own, if you choose. This event is free to the public.
