This is a 40-minute mommy & me barre class designed to help you move your body, build strength, and create real connection with other local moms — month after month. Your future self will thank you for showing up consistently. 💫

Each class focuses on core, glutes, arms & thighs — sculpting + strengthening in all the best ways. Babies are welcome to join you or be worn for extra resistance (baby-wearing friendly!). Best suited for workout buddies ages 0-3 .
