This low-impact interval training barre class includes various low-impact, high-intensity barre exercises, isolating muscles, building strength from head to toe.This class will challenge all the muscle groups in ways you didn’t realize you needed and is a good alternative/balance to higher impact classes.
Sometimes it will be LIIT style or SoulBody Barre format.
Participants need a mat.
