This class combines high-intensity dance workouts with bodyweight and minimal equipment strength training to provide a results-driven, transformative experience.Basically, ALL the things we love:
70% strength training + 25% dance + 5% yoga
Body weight, resistance bands, and dumbbells will be used to strengthen and tone your whole body! No dance experience is required.
Participants need a mat. Class could run 45-60mins.
