3-DAY BARRE TEACHER TRAININGBarre Teacher Training offers a comprehensive educational foundation to begin your journey teaching Barre [a blend of ballet, pilates, strength training].
The training is inclusive of in-depth exploration of positions and poses, class structure & flow, effective cueing, harnessing your creativity, safety and strength in alignment, and in-person practice teaching.
We will cover variations such as Barre Fusion, Barre Sculpt & standard Barre.

Thursday, May 28th - 5:30-8:30p with Reese W
Friday, May 29th - 5:30-8:30p with Nick O
Saturday, May 30th - At-Home Practice Day
Sunday, May 31st - 10:30a-4:30p with Kim T & Nick O
