Open to the public. Walk-ins welcome. Join us for a 50-minute intensive workshop for all levels. Build strength & flexibility with a full-body workout including weights, sliders & mats.
Wear comfortable clothing, grip socks or barefoot recommended, bring a yoga mat or borrow one, all other supplies are provided at no extra cost.
Taught by Barre Above-certified, experienced instructors.
$15/person drop-in. $65 for 5-class pass. $120 for 10-class pass.
