With Fête de la musique just around the corner, ANIMA HOUSE offers you a class inspired by French and francophone music. Move through a playlist featuring artists like Aya Nakamura, Diam’s, Denden, and other francophone artists while flowing through a full-body barre class focused on strength, endurance and rhythm.

Expect a fun, high-energy class combining low-impact movements, cardio bursts and deep muscle burn! Whether you’re new to barre or a regular, this class is designed to make you feel stronger and ready to dance your way to Paris.

No barre experience needed, just bring your energy! At the end of the class, not only will you feel ready to coupé-décalé, but you’ll know more than “Je parle un petit peu français”.

ANIMA HOUSE x Fête de la musique is a one-of-a-kind event to celebrate the start of the summer, community and movement. The class will be taught by Roxane, a graduate of the Anima House’s Barre Teacher Training.

This class is based on a donation system to support ANIMA HOUSE. Donate as little or as much as you wish.
