Join "Move with May" for a Sunday morning barreless barre class! May is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and hosts fitness events throughout San Diego County. She specializes in barre, indoor cycling, strength and tone, and HIIT.
Class description: May will be hosting a 45-minute barreless barre class. Barre is a muscle toning, workout. With high-reps and low-impact movements, it engages muscles you don’t normally target in functional workouts. Barre works best with sticky barre/yoga socks, but athletic shoes work fine as well.
