For 50 minutes, you will be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body. Perfect for ALL fitness levels while protecting your joints, boosting strength, agility, and flexibility!

This experience was curated for Black Women to move beautifully, reconnect with their bodies, and experience wellness in an elevated, welcoming environment centered on softness, endurance, and community.
Whether you’re brand new to Barre or already familiar with Pilates, Yoga, or Ballet movement-based fitness, this class is beginner-friendly, supportive, and welcoming to all body types and fitness levels.
