While Barre is our heritage, Barre Body has now been running our signature flowing and fun Pilates Mat classes at all 6 of our studios for years. We’ve trained hundreds of teachers and thousands of clients in the Pilates method, and we hear the same thing time and time again: our Pilates Mat classes are truly something special. That’s because we don’t just teach the repertoire. You’ll learn all the exercises of course, but more importantly, we’ll teach you how to sequence your classes with dynamic layering, seamless transitions, and funky variations. You’ll learn not just what to teach, but why and how. And as a result, you’ll graduate knowing how to design flowing, feel-good, fun Pilates classes, that your clients will love you for.This training is held at our dedicated training hub in the Habitat lifestyle precinct in Byron Bay.
