We’ll kick things off with a barre3 Signature class: a 45-minute, full-body, low-impact workout that blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness for fitness that feels good inside and out.
After class, we’ll head to ViewHouse for brunch, where you can relax, refuel, and connect.
All levels welcome, come ready to move, then stay to sip and savor!
