Barre is a mixture of yoga and ballet that focuses on sculpting your muscles, low weights and high reps. HIIT Dance will be hiit exercises with some dance moves sprinkled in. It will be the cardio workout of your life! No judgement zone. All fitness levels welcome. Listening to your body and breaks are encouraged. I will lead you through the workouts while you listen to your body and do what's best for you! I look forward to working out with you!
