Barre is a full body, low impact exercise that incorporates small isolated movements to both the upper and lower body. Barre workouts are challenging largely due to how the movements target muscles in specific ways that aren't necessarily used in other exercise regimens. This session breaks down the basics of barre so that go forward, you can take classes with a strong foundational knowledge of how to best move your body, align your posture, utilize various props and modify movements to get the results you are seeking.
