Barr Lake Carp Fishing Tournament - Bow and Rod

IMPORTANT: Read all information and event rules before signing up.

ATTENTION BOAT SIGN UP! SIGN UP ONLY THE BOAT, NOT THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IN YOUR BOAT.

*Entry fee required at the check-in table by the boat ramp. $10.00 Adult Entry Fee, and $5.00 Youth Entry Fee.

RULES:

• Only Carp caught in Barr Lake will be weighed.
• Winners will be determined by overall weight conducted by staff/volunteers of the tournament.
• All carp must be at the weigh-in station on shore by the tournament deadline of 1:00pm. No carp will be weighed if still in the boat in the water. Carp have to be at the weigh-in station by the tournament deadline of 1:00pm!
• The tournament will start sharply at 6:00am.
• Only carp caught between 6:00am and 1:00 pm will be weighed.
• For boats; it is a combined total carp weight per boat.
• For shore; it is a combined total carp weight per fishing person. The person who catches the carp must bring it to the weigh-in station by 1:00pm.
• Every fishing person must have a current fishing license and follow all Colorado fishing rules.
• All boats will be ANS inspected before launching. It is highly recommended to arrive with an ANS tag on the boat to speed up the boat launching process.
• Participants and boats will be disqualified if carp weight are enhanced or altered in any way.
• Youth participants must be under 16 years old.
• No single participant will be eligible to win "multiple" categories.

Prize Categories:

• Boat with most carp - $1000
• Most carp caught from shore - $500
• Largest overall carp - $250
• Youth largest carp - $250
• Smallest overall carp - $100
• Note: No single participant will be eligible to win "multiple" categories.
