The Bach Society of Minnesota, led by Associate Artistic Director Marco Real-d’Arbelles, teams up with the Twin Cities-based Charles Gorczynski Tango Quartet for Baroque Tango: Rhythms of Desire, Longing and PassionThis concert is part of the Bach Society of Minnesota's Outside the Box Series designed to create dialogue and collaboration with artists inside and outside the Western European classical tradition based in Minnesota.
The concert will explore the many twists and turns that bring these two musical languages closer than we imagined. Featuring traditional milongas and tangos with music by Piazzolla and Corelli.
