About this Event
Lights, camera, action! 🎬
Join us for a special outdoor cinema event to celebrate the launch of the Circus and King’s Hill – two brand-new public spaces with play areas, a park, lawn, outdoor seating and cycle routes in Barking Riverside.
Across the day, we’ll be hosting three open-air screenings for all ages including a child-friendly afternoon film and an evening showing for adults. Bring your friends, family or neighbours and enjoy a relaxed day of movie magic in the heart of Barking Riverside.
Food and drink will be available to purchase throughout the event, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the full cinema experience under the open sky🍿 Each guest will be provided with wireless headphones for an immersive viewing experience. There will be deck chairs/seating available for all guests, so no need to bring additional furniture.
This event is delivered in partnership with Film London as part of the BFI Film Audience Network’s Spotlight programme, which supports more opportunities for communities to experience independent film and grow local cinema audiences.
