This week’s trail run is a long awaited return to the newly reopened Barking Fox.Many of you will know this run that takes you through 4 of the major ancient woodlands of Suffolk.
These areas are protected by all the SSSI's and every other kind of protection being, as they are, pretty much untouched since the last Ice Age.
Some of you will know that the pub has reopened and the new host William is happy to see us back.
Food and drink available after the run.
Huge carpark and outside dining area this is one not to miss.
As with everything we do the event is totally free and we look forward to seeing you there.
