Join Carissa B Fitness (@carissabfitness) for a 45-minute workout sesh! Bring your pup, a water bottle and a yoga mat for this sweat-inducing, bonding exercise with your four-legged workout partner! After the workout, treat yourself to some coffee and a pastry from Stella Coffee and your pup to a puppuccino. Plus, you’ll take home a gift bag with goodies and special offers for attending!

About Carissa:
Carissa Brones is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in Los Angeles. Her mission is to spread health and happiness through fitness, and help others pursue a healthy lifestyle from the inside out. She holds certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), and ACE (American Council on Exercise Science).
