Barjost offers medieval and traditional music at Imago on March 8

Relax to the tunes of Barjost playing at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 8 at Imago Gallery, 36 Market Street in Warren, R.I. Doors open at 3:30 p.m.

Barjost is an exciting collaboration of three musicians, British guitarist John Steele, Canadian singer and percussionist Rebecca Barclay, and Rhode Island singer and hurdy-gurdy player Steve Jobe. They play an infectious selection of traditional English, French and medieval music, combining elegant hurdy-gurdy, intricate fingerstyle guitar, and powerful voices.

Admission is $20. Tickets are available at the door or may be purchased in advance on EventBrite​ or reserved by emailing [email protected].
