Come along and plant native species near the famous Baring Head Lighthouse in East Harbour Regional Park. In a few years’ time it’s going to look very different so if you’d like to be part of the team restoring this stunning location, we’d love your help.
This planting day is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of physical activity, as you’ll be carrying plants and digging holes.
This is also an opportunity to explore the heritage listed lighthouse complex and check out the work underway to restore the cottages and outbuildings.
This is not suitable for young children and recommended for 13 years and above. There is a toilet in the carpark and next to the lighthouse. No dogs are allowed in this park.
