This class is offered back-to-back, you have the choice between
9:30 am-10:20 am 10:30 am-11:30 am
This class takes barbell exercises traditionally done in the weight room
and switches them up
using music, with a focus on endurance. This style of training works all major muscle groups
to achieve cardiovascular benefits and lean muscle mass. This class is great for all skill levels
levels, from beginners to athletes.
