About This Workshop:
Restorative Yoga is a passive form of yoga that allows you to release tension in your body and mental stress from your mind. The goal of Restorative Yoga is to slow down and deeply relax. While your body and mind relax you will receive Reiki healing energy from a practitioner. The practitioner shares Reiki either sitting in a quiet meditative state and/or by placing hands on or above the person’s body.
Relax and let Reiki energy heal and balance your energy. Reiki helps our body to become rebalanced so that it can heal itself. Fear, doubt, anger, anxiety, and continued stress can all hinder our body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki helps our body to become rebalanced so that it can heal itself.
About the Instructor Kathryn:
Kathryn is a Certified yoga and meditation instructor based in Canada, she is also a certified Reiki Practitioner and she is trained in healing modalities for humans as well as animals. Her unique approach to Animal Reiki has helped many animals including professional race horses, as well as felines approaching their final days. Kathryn has written a series of meditations to help individuals heal and balance one chakra at a time and has s series of mediations for people to share with their animals as well. Kathryn has helped hundreds of individuals to increase the energy of their body, mind and spirit with her signature program. Kathryn is constantly learning and growing in the field of wellness and loves to share what she has learned with anyone willing and open.
