What is a bakled slalom?
A banked slalom is essentially a high-speed, downhill "roller coaster" carved directly into the snow. The course features a series of flowing, U-shaped turns called berms that wrap around you, allowing you to lean deep into your edges and "slingshot" from one curve to the next. What makes it so special is that it’s not just for the pros; whether you’re a seasoned snowboarder or a weekend cruiser, the goal is simply to find your own "flow" through the turns. It’s less about aggressive gates and more about the pure joy of the flow, making it one of the most inclusive and satisfying ways to experience the mountain with the gang.
