Coach Dennis has planned one of his always amazing Bank Holiday MileShy MashUp runs for the next Bank Holiday Monday on the 4th May. Our "Happy Valley” run will be meeting at Bramhall Park Car Park on Hall Road, SK7 3NX. The route will be just over 5K taking in the beautiful green spaces of Bramhall Park and Happy Valley. This is a FREE social run. All runners from all clubs are welcome, whatever your pace - no one gets left behind still applies. Come and try running in a different environment and meet some other MileShyers 💛🐝
