Burnout affects an estimated 30–90% of workers across industries, and its impact reaches far beyond the workplace. Chronic stress can influence physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships and overall life satisfaction.
Join us for Banishing Burnout: Building Preventive Neuroresilience, a practical workshop led by researcher Dr. Rachel Brown, Owner and Founder of . In this session, participants will explore the science behind burnout and learn simple, evidence-based tools to strengthen resilience and adapt to chronic stress.
Through guided discussion and exercises, participants will gain a clearer understanding of burnout and languishing, the science of neuroresilience and practical strategies to support long-term wellbeing.
Participants will leave with:
- A clear definition of burnout and languishing
- Insight into the drivers and impacts of chronic stress
- An introduction to the science of neuroresilience
- Practical resilience tools rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology
- A personalized plan for building resilience over the next 12 months
Participants will also complete the Wellness Dimensions exercise, which includes a brief self-assessment and goal-setting activity.
