Banish Burnout, run by Carolyn and Arjuna das, is a deeply supportive afternoon designed to help you understand stress, release its grip on your body and mind, and walk away with tools you can actually use in daily life.
This is not about pushing harder or “fixing” yourself.
It’s about restoring balance — gently, intelligently and sustainably.

🕊 Guided Meditation & Breathwork
Settle the nervous system through mindful meditation, calming breathwork, and mantra to create steadiness, presence and inner calm.
🧠 Practical Understanding of Stress & Burnout
A clear, accessible talk exploring what stress and burnout really are, what causes them, and how to work with them in daily life; without overwhelm or complicated jargon.
🌿 Stress-Relieving Hatha Yoga & Chakra Balancing
A nourishing hatha yoga practice designed to ease stress and restore energetic balance, including:
- Crystal sound bowls played live during the yoga practice, tuned for each chakra
- Mudras chosen specifically for stress relief
- Poses supporting digestion and the stomach meridian
💛 Uplifting Kirtan (Sacred Yoga Chanting)
A heart-opening practice to leave you feeling lighter, more connected and emotionally refreshed.
✨ Deep Relaxation & Sound Journey
A long, guided relaxation combined with sound healing to allow the body and mind to fully rest, integrate and reset.

This workshop is for you if:
- You feel mentally or emotionally drained
- Your nervous system feels constantly “on”
- You want practical tools for managing overwhelm, not just theory
- You’re ready to reset without pushing yourself further
No prior yoga or meditation experience is required, just a willingness to pause, breathe and receive.
