Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, DJ JenJen has been immersed in music since childhood, dancing to the vibrant Guyanese Soca rhythms of her heritage. Growing up in the cultural melting pot of New York City, she developed a deep love for an array of genres, curating music for family gatherings before officially stepping into DJing in 2014.
From spinning at NYC events to amassing a loyal 3K+ following on Twitch, DJ JenJen has been recognized for her electrifying sets, earning nominations for Best Afrobeats/World Music DJ of the Year in 2022 and 2023. Passionate about Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro House, and House music, she infuses the rhythm of the drum into every performance, creating an undeniable dancefloor experience.
