We have been in talks about it for a while now, left it a little too late to organise anything last year unfortunately. But this year it’s green lights all round! We are holding a charity static car show/family fun day in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.It’s a cause close to our hearts and means a lot to us so we want to do our bit and try raise as much as possible. Everyone and anyone is welcome to attend and we look forward to seeing your vehicles & projects (finished or not - we’d love to showcase them either way)
We ask only a few things for the event:
We keep it respectful to the outside local surrounding areas of Rettendon.
When exiting we ask to turn right only ➡️ to avoid traffic through Rettendon village (exit towards Howe Green).
We keep it peaceful and family oriented (anyone being disrespectful or causing aggravation will be asked to leave).
🚘Vehicles/projects are remained static until the end of the event to minimise accident or injury as public & attendees will be on foot during the event. (If emergency or needing to leave earlier marshals will escort in hi vis to ensure safe exit).
As this is a 💷 pay on a arrival please correspond via club group owners (message separate if individual show entry) via 🤙07889751003🤙 so we can assure your club is booked to park together and we have set out enough space for your stands. Club stands are to be arrived & set up between 9am & 10.30am to ensure no clash on arrival with public cars as one way in and another out & to speed up entry process.
Come along for some great food, music and great company. Bouncy castles 🏰 & ice-cream!🍦Photo opportunities for your projects/vehicles on arrival, throughout the event and on exit. 📸 Awards for: loudest car, best show car, best club stand & most raised money club award. 🏆
PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS HELD ON A FIELD/UNEVEN GROUNDS (please don’t damage your beautiful lowered cars - drive slow)
Please no dogs 🐶 - we love them but there’s no dog bins on site
