Philosophe, ingénieur et chorégraphe, Omar Barghouti est un défenseur palestinien des droits humains. Il est membre fondateur de la Campagne palestinienne pour le boycott académique et culturel d'Israël (PACBI) et cofondateur du mouvement Boycott, désinvestissement et sanctions (BDS).
🔹Katsi’tsakwas Ellen Gabriel:
Katsi'tsakwas a été choisie par le peuple de la maison longue et
sa communauté de Kanehsatà:ke pour être leur porte-parole lors de la crise d'“Oka” en 1990. Depuis, elle milite pour les droits humains, collectifs et individuels des peuples autochtones, par la sensibilisation à leur histoire, leur culture et leur identité.
🔹Michèle Sibony :
Michèle Sibony est une militante politique et antiraciste. Elle est membre et porte-parole de l’Union juive française pour la paix. Elle est aussi membre du bureau de l’Alternative Information Center (Jérusalem Beit Sahour).
🔹Nkosi Zwelivelile Mandela:
Fervent défenseur de la libération de la Palestine, Nkosi Mandela est le chef tribal du conseil traditionnel de Mvezo et député à l'Assemblée nationale d'Afrique du Sud. Il est le petit-fils du révolutionnaire anti-apartheid et ancien président de l'Afrique du Sud, Nelson Mandela. Il est également membre du Congrès national africain (ANC).

Entièrement organisée par des personnes non-Blanches, elle permettra d’aborder des questions touchant leurs réalités communes dans le Nord global et de réfléchir au projet d'une Internationale Décoloniale qui scellerait une alliance politique entre les mouvements décoloniaux d'Occident. La conférence offrira également un espace pour forger des projets et des outils de lutte et de résistance face, d'une part, à la montée des nationalismes suprémacistes et de l'ultra libéralisme et, d'autre part, à la poursuite de la domination impérialiste sous toutes ses formes.

Philosopher, engineer and choreographer, Omar Barghouti is a Palestinian human rights defender. He’s the founding member of the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) and co-founder of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement.
🔹Katsi’tsakwas Ellen Gabriel:
Katsi'tsakwas was chosen by the People of the Longhouse and her community of Kanehsatà:ke to be their spokesperson during the 1990 “Oka” Crisis. Since then, she advocates for human, collective and individual rights of Indigenous peoples by raising awareness on their history, culture and identity.

Bandung of the North Conference 2024, titled "𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤!", will mark a first in North America. Organized entirely by non-White individuals, it aims to tackle issues relating to their collective experiences in the global North and offer a space to reflect on a Decolonial International that would seal a political alliance between decolonial movements in the West. Finally, it will enable the development of strategies and tools to counteract both rising supremacist nationalism and ultra-liberalism, and ongoing imperialist dominance in all its forms.
