Yoga Mobility for Runners with Zoe Benson
Hosted by Bandit Running at Renegade Running in partnership with ASICS
6:30 PM at Renegade Running (3120 Sunset Blvd)
We will target feet, ankles, knees, quads and hip flexors to strengthen and release your lower body so you can run wild and free. These active and targeted techniques can be done on your own surrounding your running practice.
We'll close our session with a glass of cherry juice for sore muscles and you'll leave with nutrition and supplement tips, tricks and recipes to quell inflammation and nourish your active body.
This workshop series is open to all! Whether you are preparing to run the 2026 LA Marathon or just looking for ways to support your running practice in the new year.
