Join us on a Thursday evening for an exciting pairing dinner presented by Executive Chef Michael Mahalick and the whiskies of Sazerac!Chef Michael has carefully selected and crafted a unique menu designed to pair with the whiskies of Sazerac as follows:
Course 1: Smoked Duck Crostini - Smoked duck breast on rye sourdough toast with orange-chili marmalade and mico greens paired with Sazerac Rye
Course 2: Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly - Crispy pork belly, maple-bourbon lacquer, roasted apple puree, charred leek ash paired with Buffalo Trace
Course 3: Wood-Fired Aged NY Strip Steak - 12oz New York Strip, mushroom demi-glace, parsnip puree, bourbon-poached pearl onions paired with Blanton's Single Barrel
Course 4: Chocolate Pecan Tart - Bittersweet chocolate, toasted pecans, brown butter crust, smoked sea salt paired with Limited Allocated Bourbon Selection of Sazerac
Our regular menu will be available during this evening however we highly encourage taking advantage of this unique offering. Cost is $125 per person exclusive of tax and tip for the four courses and $55 per person exclusive of tax and tip for the pairings. Guests may choose to enjoy the pairings or any selection from our beverage menu as all wines, cocktails and liquors will be available for the full duration of the evening.
