Together, we’ll explore how volunteer managers are capturing both the numbers and the stories that demonstrate value—strengthening funding proposals, deepening organizational buy-in, and aligning volunteer efforts with mission outcomes. Come ready to share what’s working, what’s challenging, and what you’re curious to try as we learn from one another.
