Mayor Brandon Scott's 2024 Inauguration Ceremony will be held at Murphy Fine Arts Center at Morgan State University. Members of the public are encouraged to attend– please RSVP using this page prior to the event.
- 11:30 AM: Pre-Ceremony Program
- 12:00 PM: Ceremony
- 1:00 PM: Reception (light refreshments will be served)
Arrival instructions and parking information will be provided closer to the day of the event. Please note that backpacks will not be permitted, and all bags will be subject to a security screening.
